Purpose of Trust Fund :
This is a general charitable trust. The Trustees have no restrictions on them as to the kinds of project or the areas they can support, and are generally prepared to consider any field.

Trust Fund Policy:
The Trustees are prepared to fund core costs as well as capital projects, but are unlikely to provide initial funding for new established organisations. The organisations in which the Trustees are most interested are those working on a national basis in the following areas:
Disability
Blindness and deafness
Medical conditions affecting both adults and children
Medical research
People with learning disabilities
Children and young people, particularly the disadvantaged
Environment and wildlife.

On occasion, they will consider appeals from charities working in East Hampshire outside the foregoing fields.

There is no typical grant size, though the Trustees make a large number at £2-£3,000. Grants can be recurring or one-off, and for revenue or capital purposes.
