Purpose of Trust Fund :
Advancement of religion, advancement of education, relief in need.

Trust Fund Policy:
One third of the income is spent on the advancement of religion in defraying the Parish Expenses of the Vicar for the time being of the ecclesiastical Parish of St Aidan\\\'s Billinge.
One third of the income is spent on the advancement of education by a) providing special benefits not normally provided by the local education authority for any school in or by which the Parish of Billinge Chapel End is substantially served as may from time to time be agreed between the Trustees and the School Governors and b) promoting the education (including social and physical training) of persons under the age of 25 whose parents are resident in the said Parish and who are in need of financial assistance.
One third of the income is spent for relief in need 1) in relieving either generally or individually persons resident in the said Parish who are in condition of need by making grants of money for services or facilities to reduce the need of such persons. 2) by paying for such items, services or facilities by way of donations or subscriptions to institutions or organisations which provide or which undertake to provide such items, services or facilities for such persons. 3) the Trustees shall not commit themselves to repeat or renew the relief granted on any occasion in any case.
