Purpose of Trust Fund :
We fund organisations addressing:
- Social needs
- Help for the aged
- Youth and employment
- The arts
- The environment

Trust Fund Policy:
Capital projects are preferred but some revenue funding will be considered.

The Trustees like to see some evidence of 'Self Help', i.e. fund-raising by the charity such as car boot sales, competitions within the community, sponsored events etc.

The Trustees may offer a grant on condition that the charity also raises a matching amount through its own efforts, i.e. not from other trusts or statutory bodies.

Grants from £300 upwards with no upper limit, but typically a maximum of £3,000 to £5,000.

Method of Application:
A completed application form is always required. This can be downloaded from the website or obtained from the contact.

The completed application form should be sent to the Administrator together with a copy of the applicant's most recent accounts to reach him not later than the deadline for the relevant meeting.
